Cross Net Security
Cross Net Security are a young, vibrant company entering into the home and business security systems market. They wanted a small but professional looking website to build their brand, and allow prospective customers to contact them.
Herons Rest Villa
Herons Rest Villa is a beautiful villa located on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The owners wanted to show the Villa off to potential holiday makers, whist integrating the site with RentalSystems.com which is an online booking and reservation web application.
Hip Hip Hooray
Hip Hip Hooray was a site dedicated to providing Home Information Pack (HIPs) information to house buyers, sellers, estate agents and solicitors. This site therefore had to carry a significant amount of information for these different market sectors.
GN Netcom
GN Netcom had a significant amount of new product information, they wanted to give out to their dealer network. They wanted to distribute this on CD. This intranet was built and burnt onto an auto-booting master CD, ready for disk duplication.
Home Inspector Training
Home Inspector Training. This site was set up to offer training for Home Inspection Assessors. Whilst offering lots of useful information for potential trainees, it also had a wealth of information, in a password protected area, for those that had qualified.
The Tudor Barn
The Tudor Barn is a barn built in approximately 1505. It has been significantly renovated and is now used as an exceptionally beautiful wedding venue. This site includes a virtual tour of the whole barn.
UK IT Training
UK IT Training, was a company training individuals to meet the shortfall in qualified, knowledgeable IT engineers and support staff.
The Oakland Partnership
The Oakland Partnership is a London based company, specialising in leasing and finance recruitment. Whilst this is a fairly simple site, it contains a wealth of useful information as well as letting visitors post their CV's through the site.
Fishing in France
L`Etang Roux is a carp fishing lake in France, as such it needs to advertise the great fishing and facilities to the anglers of the UK. There is a small amount of Content Management (CMS) on this site, to allow the client to update the news section of the site.

The Driving Instructor Training Centre (DITC) had an existing site (shown below left), but it was looking a bit dated and needed to portray a more dynamic image to this fast growing company. We created the initial visual from current marketing collateral, and working closely with the client produced a site that is bright, interesting and vibrant.
IRM Plc
IRM Plc are a security consultancy, specialising in risk assessment, disaster recovery and penetration testing. This site contained a large amount of information for current and potential customers.

Before
Field's Car Centre had a current site, but it hadn't been updated in quite a while, and whilst the business had grown and diversified this wasn't reflected in their site. Their traditional business of car servicing had expanded to include car sales and car hire, these two new sectors making significant contributions to the overall profitability, so needed equal focus on the new site.

The site that we developed, included extensive content management, so staff at Fields could edit the content of pages, through a web browser, that were likely to change on a regular basis, including news, special offers and pricing of servicing. With this bespoke content management system, staff can also add, update and delete cars for sale (including photographs) as well as complete control over the car hire prices and details.

   
Blue Ginger are a rapidly expanding marketing agency. They wanted to send a regular newsletter to their existing client base as well as to potential new clients. Rather than sending plain email newsletters they wanted something a little bit extra.

The newsletter template/stationary we created for them takes design cues from their web site. All staff are able to use this template to send what ever message they like, from their own machines, putting them in total control.

  
Cool Projects are a company providing air conditioning sales and servicing. They required a small but eye catching web site to provide information and generate enquiries.
  
After completing the leasing site for Hexagon Finance and Leasing. Hexagon BMW contacted us to create an email template they could use when contacting their existing and potential new customers.
  
Hexagon Finance and Leasing were launching a new car leasing business. They needed a professional looking Internet site, built and delivered quickly.
The site contains a back end database and control panel, where staff can update BMW model details as well as leasing costs.

Unfortunately due to a change in the business Hexagon no longer required the site. But it is still one of my favourites of all the sites we've built. So much so, that I've recreated it on my site, but removed all sensitive pricing and email details.

  
Andrea Potter is a new Accountancy Recruitment company, with a relatively small budget, but we were able to produce an effective site on time and within budget. This site has a database driven job placement and viewing application. The client can log in to the application and add, edit and delete job postings.
   
The Building Trade Skill Centre needed a website developed quickly to meet the huge demand for their new courses. This site was developed from their new brochure to a finished site within a week.
   
Infocentric CRM are a Customer Relationship Management company, they specialise in offering vendor independent business solutions. They wanted a clean, professional looking site that reflected their business and the rest of their marketing collateral.

Samuels had an existing site (shown below left), but it needed updating, giving it a more professional look.
   
Shockwave is an awesome 500HP jet boat. It takes thrill seekers for the trip of a lifetime around Poole Harbour. The client wanted a site to reflect the excitement generated by their passengers.
   

Something Different Holidays is as the name suggests - Something Different. Rather than taking a couple of weeks holidays on a beach in the Med., you can hire a stateroom on this £2 Million Super Yacht.

Something Different Holidays wanted a web site that followed the same style as their brochure and had a luxurious feel to it.

   

Evidex Training provide training solutions for companies undertaking computer forensics and electronic delivery.

 

   

Mitchell's Boat Haven (now Parkstone Bay Marina) is a small but fairly complex site.

  • The berth booking system takes all of the form elements and emails only those fields that have been completed to the boat yard office.
  • The boats for sale section pulls boat information from the Mitchell's Boat Haven section of Yachting World and displays them in a page within the site.
  • The 'sell your boat' page allows visitors to complete a web based form, including pictures, checks that certain fields have been completed, uploads the images, updates a boats for sale database from the information supplied and fires off an email to the boat yard office to say that a new boat has been added.
   

Another product out of the IMSI stable and distributed in Europe by Mediagold is Floorplan v8. The client wanted this site to have the same feel as the TurboCAD site but be subtly different.

This site also allows new users to register their product, once registered a registration database is updated with the customer details and a product activation number is emailed to the customer.

   

Mediagold announced the latest version of the IMSI TurboCAD product - TurboCAD v9. This site is a resource for their customers to use to find out the latest product information.

Again this site had a product registration database, where once the visitor had registered their product the activation number was emailed to them.

   
P Rhoades are a professional tree surgery company and wanted a professional looking site to convey this image.
   

Systems Supported are a local company specialising in the support of computer systems and software. Systems Supported took over Telefonix (see details below) and wanted to create a consistent but subtly different look to each part of the business.

 

   

Telefonix are the sister company to Systems Supported. Telefonix specialise in telephony and telephone systems.

We wrote a small bespoke application in JavaScript for this site, so visitors could work out how much money they could save by switching their telephone service provider.

   

Mediagold republish IBM's ViaVoice in Europe. They needed a site in multiple languages (English, German, Italian and Spanish) that had a consistent look and feel. With design influence from the IBM ViaVoice web site, without being a direct copy.

This site also had a content management system built to allow Mediagold to update site information.

   

SMARTdv are one of the UK's largest suppliers of digital video editing cards, suites and associated software. There is a wealth of information on this site, including a huge array of products, therefore a drop down menu was incorporated so visitors to the site could get to any page from any other page.

This site was also integrated with the JShop electronic shopping cart, that the client had already purchased.

   
Middlesex County Golf Union wanted to let players know about upcoming fixtures. The site also includes all golf clubs in the Middlesex Union, as well as a list of previous competition winners and the Union history.
   

Mediagold Germany wanted a resource centre built so consumers could locate product information. This site used a similar page layout to the corporate site, to maintain the Mediagold corporate style.

   

Business Critique were a consultancy / reseller of customer relationship management software.

This was a redesign of an existing site, bringing the content up to date and changing the site design to reflect their corporate identity.

   

Mobilitythatworks is a site built for the business traveler. The idea is that products that they are likely to need to do their jobs are merchandised in a single point of sale area at Airports and computer stores. This site was built in English and German.

Update: Unfortunately the company that commissioned this site has been taken over, and they no longer required the site.

   

This site was designed to help a fellow developer get his business off the ground. As such it was more of a concept rather than a full site development.

   

Mediagold wanted a trade only Internet site built, so resellers could locate product information, pricing, marketing collateral and product release schedules.
The site is entirely database driven, with all the product information added and updated by the client.

   

When Barclays needed an Intranet site designed and built they called on us. The site was built on budget and ahead of the tight deadline.
This Intranet site is for Barclays personnel only and as such we respect our clients wishes not to publish any information regarding the content.

Vandamme are a specialist cable and components company wanted a site to reflect their corporate style and promotional material. Developed with a Flash Introduction, this site is soon to become an e-commerce solution.

   

MediaGold International are a European marketing company, specialising in the representation of computer manufacturers trying to enter the European market place.
This site is localised for their domestic European offices and is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
The Europe in focus page makes effective use of layers to display more information on screen than would normally be possible using 'standard' HTML.

  
The Royal Ocean Racing Club was a graphics project sub contracted from Greenfield Marketing.

Developed using a stylish drop-down menus system using layers the site reflects the clubs qualities.

   

This Intranet site was created for the Freight Transport Association, to allow their employees access to company information. The client wanted us to create the templates, staff directory and FTA structure, content for the other pages being added by the client.
As this is an Intranet site, you will not be able to access the live site, however this link shows the parts that we created, including some dummy data in the staff directory. As it makes use of Active Server Pages / Database features it is recommended that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer to view the site.

  
Niagara Manufacturing wanted to promote their vibralarm, a product that wakes the deaf and hard of hearing. This is a single page web site and shows what we can do within a limited budget.
  
Direct Mobility Limited were a new company, specialising in mobility products for all ages. The initial purpose of the site was to seek financial investment into the business, with a long term aim of being a portal for all matters regarding mobility problems, products and news.
This site now includes an e-commerce store.
  
Mobility2000 was a company set up to provide subscription service information to the manufacturers of mobility products. A password is required to access the news information, which is updated weekly.
  
DTC Ltd The main objective of the Internet site was to draw attention to DTC with a view to floating on the stock market next year. I'm particularly pleased with the novel interface on this site.
  
Adjustamatic Beds Ltd Required a complete overhaul of their existing Internet site. The main purpose of the site was to provide information to prospective purchasers, so that they could make an informed purchase. Use of forms were used extensively for visitors to receive further information (by post) and arrange product demonstrations.
  
Kentwell Hall is a Tudor mansion built in the 16th century. Kentwell wanted an Internet site that enabled visitors to find out what events were happening at the mansion throughout the year. The site included a comprehensive diary of events and one of the largest interactive maps on the Net (well it was back in 1999!!).
  
Sow Easy are a company manufacturing and sourcing promotional products. They required an Internet site that was a store front to their business and showed product ideas to potential clients.
  
Veterans Fencing is a small Internet site created to advertise the Grand Reunion and the Millennium European Team Championships for the Veterans Fencing Association.
  
UKGardening is a site containing a wealth of gardening information. The aim of this site is to provide the gardeners of the UK with information on all aspects of gardening. It is hoped that this site will also include a garden bookstore and garden shop. This site was created and is maintained by one of our directors.
